NASHVILLE, TN (June 6, 2017) – Prolific singer/songwriter and Rock ‘n' Roll chameleon Daniel Romano has released a self-directed music video for "The Pride Of Queens" from his new album Modern Pressure; which is out now via New West Records and available for purchase on vinyl, CD, and digital download HERE. A tribute to legendary punk band The Ramones, the video for "The Pride Of Queens" premiered at Brooklyn Vegan yesterday and can be viewed/shared now HERE. Modern Pressure released to critical acclaim last month with Nerdist including the album in their “The Best Underground Albums Of May 2017” roundup, and Vinyl Me, Please praising, “...Modern Pressure is cool. Like, old-school cool,” in an extensive feature on the album. Additionally, the album single “When I Learned Your Name,” which Exclaim! says “may be the catchiest cut Romano's ever penned,” has landed a spot on this week’s Top 20 countdown at CBC Radio 2 in Canada. Romano and his band will join host Tom Power on Canada's national flagship arts and culture radio show CBC radio q to air June 21 via CBC Radio 2 at 10 am local time and via PRI International. Romano is also soon to embark on a U.S. tour that starts June 13 in Boston and includes dates in Washington DC, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, and more.
